Windows keeps freezing

Any idea why this has started. Been running Win11 for a while now with no probs, but as of yesterday it has started to freeze for 3 seconds or so every minute or less.
Have tried running scans and AV stuff but found nowt. Have rolled back windows to a date earlier than yesterday, but still not fixed.

Does it do it when you go into safe mode?

yeah i would try safe mode first then if the issue is still there i would do a fresh install just to make sure it's software related
