Windows key lock not working

Only just noticed that, on Windows 10, I don't appear to be able to use the Windows Key + 'L' combination to lock the machine.

If I try it at the desktop then I get a "bling" noise but nothing happens. If I have an app open then I don't even get that.

Anyone have any ideas why this isn't working?

Ok I'm a total plank - Windows keys were disabled on the keyboard.

Thought I'd leave this here rather than edit/remove it just so everyone can have a good laugh at me
