Windows licensing question

I have 2 pc's with windows xp home and 2 vista upgrade licenses, what I want to be able to do is upgrade the xp home to xp pro and skip the vista crap all together, unfortunately MS dont sell xp upgrades anymore (According to my sales dept) so they have dumped 2 vista business upgrades on my desk to use.

Is there anyway that I can just get an xp pro license key, legally, using what I have or am I stuck?

MS are really funny about this. Under the downgrade rights, MS won't provide a licence key. Therefore use what ever you can find and phone activate.

I have access to keys/media so you reckon I should just use any old one?

Yes, I know it sounds silly, but MS don't give you much choice.
