i swear i would slap their customer service in the face if i could!
last week it kept saying my password was incorrect so reset it and it still says it was wrong....
after a few more resets it worked and was fine most of the week and weekend..
then on sunday it wouldnt let me into messenger saying i had to verify my account... so clicked the link and it said to reset my password... which i did.... then it told me that my account was blocked!!! WHAT THE ****?!
i get this message when trying to log into hotmail or any other webbased live id service:
so i then did the reset password option and went through customer support and had to fill in a long list of things so that some one could verify it was me... so i did..and waited....
a day later they messaged me saying we can verify that it is you and use this link to reset your password... so i followed it and it still just says im blocked... so i replied to my open live help thread thingy (which is under a temp user they gave me as to ask a question about signing in you need to be signed in.... stupid or what?!?!?!)
i explained and pasted the message saying i was blocked and that the p/w reset did nothing and to please unblock my account as it's my main contact for billing etc etc....
that was on monday... it's now thursday and i have not heard anything back off them since and i've sent them a message each day to try and get some response and show my urgency to getting my account back but nothing!!!!!
worst customer service ever!!!! has anyone had this problem and how was it rectified (if it even was?!?!).
read some other threads on the live forums and people just don't seem to get a reply. i've tried to open a new ticket about this blocked issue but as i said... to do that you need to be signed in... which i can't do... but if im logged in with my "temp user" thing it no longer gives me the option to ask a question?!?!?!?! ****ing stupid!!!!!
i keep trying but all their advice just keeps me going round in circles... tells me to reset password.... account is blocked... contact help...ask a question... need to be signed in.... and round and round and round it goes....

any advice as to what further action i can take to get their attention or contact someone about this issue as i really need to get this issue resolved.

Someone entered the wrong password too many times.
If you signed up for this ID through an organization, you might not be able to use the account yet.
