windows live connection issues

Is anyone else having msn / windows live messenger connection issues?

For the last couple of days i have been unable to connect.

Even the webmessenger.msn.com webpage is timing out...

apart from that everything else seems to be working fine.

could someone do a tracert to webmessenger.msn.com

everyone i do is timing out at my local ubr and i think this may be a similar problem with w.l.m
