Windows Live + Gamertag Help

Wasn't sure where best to post this as it applies to PC and Console so put it in here.

Basically when I installed GTA 4 on my Rig I decided to try and configure my windows live account's correctly but it has all gone horribly wrong.

Here's what I am left with:

1xHotmail Address (used for Live Messenger & Hotmail Email) - Associated with an xbox gamertag

1xlive.co.uk email/windows live account - associated with an xbox gamertag

1xgooglemail address /windows live account under this email - used as my main email account.

Basically the hotmail address holds the gamertag that I want, I want to change the live account associated with that gamertag to my googlemail address but I can't find anywhere on the xbox dashboard to do it.

If anyone can help I would be greatful.

The main reason I won't be buying GTA IV..

Requiring a G4W live account, and a R* Social account, just for me to play a game on my Steam account? DRM gone crazy, I tell you!
 
yep it is really w***, i just want to try and get it all under one account now. If anyone has got any ideas please let me know as I dont want to pay MS to change my gamertag.

Just use your X360 gamertag to sign into Windows LIVE then GTA4 will add gamerpoints earnt to your 360 tag. If you want to change your email address do not think that is possible at all as it will only let you use your existing gamertag with it although you may be able to change the gamertag but think that costs you 800 MS points to do on 360 (quickest way is via the 360 dashboard or just logon to LIVE on a PC then you can do it that way as well. http://live.xbox.com/en-GB/default.aspx
That R* social club thing is optional anyway just a way to manage your videos recorded ingame amongst other things but only a very quick login anyway and can be set to do so when WIndows starts. Not a DRM feature at all.
 
I need some help with this two. In FO3 I seemed to create a live account and password protected it. In gta4 I can also log into that account. But when I go to live.com to link the account to my normal passport one, it asks for the account in the following format:
<name>@<something>.com etc. The account I created was a username only (no @<something>.
So is this not a 'real' live account?
