Yesterday I tried to login to my MSN messenger account and I cant as it says that either my live ID or my password are incorrect. I know that this is not the case as they havent changed!
I tried to get my password reset but I go through all the steps, get the email sent to me etc, yet when I create a new password and click ok, the website just doesnt do anything, it loads for a few seconds and then nothing!
Tried in firefox and IE, even got the gf to do it on another PC and still the same thing
How on earth do I contact microsoft about this? Cant find an email address for them anywhere and I'm NOT happy
