Windows live mail, how to startup with windows?

Can i setup windows live mail to startup with windows? i looked through the options but see nothing?

Just pop it into your startup folder.

is there also a way to have it to start minimised? im using windows 7 x64

Go to Properties on your shortcut, then where is says Run choose Minimized.
