windows live mail password recovery?

I have used that but I can not remember the info they want. I created the email a long time ago. I can still use it as the login info is in Live mail. I was hoping there would be a tool to get the password out of live mail.
I did a bit of searching and found an app that says it can do it but the demo only dose the first 2 digits
Hope I dont have to buy an app to recover it.
