I haven't done anything on the pc since i woke up this morning. First thing i did was click windows live messenger then a error came up. The error code is

I did the CMD thing, it says it was successful, started Windows live messenger still same error. I restart pc, start WLM and it still gives error. So i do option 2. Worked fine no errors. So i load WLM still get the error. I restart the pc as it was advised and it still gave the same error.
Anyone got any more options?
Iv tried reinstalling and going back to previous versions. Still same error. Tried different accounts. Even tried signing in with a fake email and pass and it...you know the rest.
