Windows live messenger, no webcam option?

When using windows live messenger, it doesn't allow me to use my webcam as a webcam.

It only lets me make a video call all options are set to allow me to send and recieve webcam requests, but when i click the webcam icon , it loads a video call.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Same as me, I also can't recieve other peoples webcams.

Would love to get an answer.

Build 14.0.8089.726 here

and have no problems just using my or the other person's webcam.
