Windows Live not displaying display picture

Hi,

I have just swapped from msn messenger to windows live messenger and it's all good apart from one thing. In msn messenger it used to display a small display picture next to my contacts name. Now all i get is a little green man. Does anyone know how to change this?

You need to click on the "show details" menu item. Its located next to the "add contact" button and the icon looks like an up and down arrow, clicking on this will open a menu allowing you to select "show details".
