Hey,
For the past few weeks I have had some issues with my computer. It has been running founr the last 12 months or so without any hassle.
Windows has been locking up/freezing consistently. I can however, access the storage drive via the network. (for steaming movies etc)
Issue occurs primarily after it's been left to idle for 30-40mins+.
What seems to occur, when I return is that the blue loading circle appears and nothing I can do will do anything. Mouse moves across screen, but CTRL+ALt+DEL and CTRL+SHIFT+ESC won't do anything. I am left to reboot.
Occassionally the PC (I have only noticed it once or two) will reboot, and once I received a BSOD. (Error below).
I have defragged, and ran Chkdsk, performed Malware and Spyware scans. Tried a cleanboot and safemode. Issue persists in all.
I have run memtest (for 60minutes) and performed the windows memory diagnostic tool.
Reinstalled GPU drivers
I disabled my OC, Reset CMOS on motherboard. Disabled all power saving options for the hard drives. (They no longer turn off on idle). Still same issue.
As a last option, I have now disabled Intel smartstep and changed the settings for the hard drives to use IDE (not ACHI) and set it to Compatibility.
After that, I'm not sure what to do. I guess a reformat is in order?
Anyone any advice?
System specs and the BSOD error's are located below:
"Driver State Power Failure"

i5 2500k (currently at stock)
Asus p8p 67-pro (rev 3)
Asus hd 6950 Direct CU 2
8GB G.skill RAM 1600 (currently 1333) 2x4GB sticks.
Samsung green 1TB drive.
No optical drive.
*edit* Forgot to add the PSU is a Corsair TX 650
*edit 2* So, updated the marvell drivers and flashed BioS to latest version. Still locked up when I let it idle. It seems responsive for a few seconds, but always then freezes. I'm begining to suspect either a power or CPU issue :<
