Windows login box removal

Hi guys,

I want Windows XP too boot straight into Windows when I turn my laptop on, it currently comes up with a login box which I input no password so it's useless. If I turn that off it comes up with a Welcome Screen where I have to click on my name to get into Windows!

So how do I get rid of both these things and just boot into Windows??

Start > Run > 'control userpasswords2' > Untick the 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer' > Click 'Ok'. It will ask you for the username and password to automatically logon, so just put your details in there.
