Next to the ketchup...
Right normally when i start up my GF's PC it goes to the windows logon screen with all the different accounts, but now it just loads up a box with one of the users names and you cant select to log on in anyone else accounts...

I dont know what they have don to the PC but one fo them did mention something about trying to change some net setting yesterday and they mentioned something about netware and there is now a icon in control pannel whihc i have never seen before called CNSW?

Sounds to me that someone has turned off 'Use the welcome screen' and 'Use Fast User Switching'

Control Panel > Users > Change the way the users log on or off

Is the user account you are logged in as an admin?....

If not, boot in safe mode, login using the default admin account and change the settings.

Yep still set as an admin, have found you can log into other accounts now, but you have to type the user name in, I just cant wokr out how to get the old screen back

Sorted Now! dont worry, she it was just my account that wasnt set as an administrator anymore, dont know what the gf's been up to lol

Have any services been disabled?.....

Worst case scenario, you could always try a sys restore.
