Hi, Can anyone help.

Computer was working fine, then I came back and booted it but it said there was no boot drive - it has an M2 SSD and a SATA SSD, with the windows on the SATA. I think there was a windows update but Iouldnt do anything, SATA not seen in bios and ended up doing a full re-install to the M2 as nothing in repair or the backup I had made on a USB would work to recover it.

I didnt change anything in the bios or drivers and once windows re-installed the SATA SSD was there again. Mobo is an ASUS rog strix b450-f Gaming and both SSD were brand new from OCUK - any ideas?

sorry, meant that it lost the SATA and windows could only see the M2 - I thought it wsa the other way round when I did the re-install and deleted all my games......thats a lot to download at the connection speeds I get!

Yes, once I did the re-install on the m.2, the SATA was detetced and it had windows installed...?
