Hi All

I have asked a similar question on here before, however it has changed and warrants a repost.

This time I need some advice on a good mail server to use with windows server 2003 and we are willing to pay for it, last time I asked for open source.

I don't need any overly fancy features, just want to take our email in house as 1 and 1 is forever going down.

Thanks in advance

Aaron

My vote would be SBS 2003 and you can still have other member servers for other tasks if required. I've done it for a friend of mine, 10 PCs, 2 servers. 1 Server running SBS 2003 handling AD, exchange and a seperate SQL box for their product ordering system etc. Then the old NT4 server will be used as a backup server. It's still a new spec IBM server. I've said to him if he can buy a license he can have the other server as another DC or standard member server but have his work data robocopied over to that server as I more ready backup. Standard setup from the backups is ntbackup to tape as he can't stretch to backup exec 10/11d :(
