I have used various mail programs in the past by have been with Thunderbird for quite a while. However, I was wondering if the mail client in Vista was any good as it would save some space and so on. Does anyine have experience with Windows Mail and have an opinion on it?

Thanks

I's pants.

If I could have Outlook Express (the one bundled with IE6, not the office one) I would!

For general email access it is fine, but it doesn't organise, import, or save emails anywhere near as neatly and easily as OE. :(

Plus it doesn't run Hotmail, so I have my hotmail on Windows Live Mail client (which has died a horrible death for no reason), and Windows Mail for my website email, when in OE I could have it all in one simple place.

Thunderbird does it, but not as well as OE did. :(

I recently started using windows mail live that is bundled with live messanger

I love it :)

You can add pop accounts too from what i can see

Give it a go mate, if you hate it swap to Thunderbird.
