Windows malicious software removal tool won't install

the march 2008 Windows malicious software removal tool wqill not install I just get it trying every time the computer boots.
Is anyone else having the same problem if not how do I stop it?

Wouldn't install on our Server 2003 box. Just didn't progress with any further updates. Cancelling didn't make any difference either, it just continued to sit there.

installed fine on all of our 2003r2 and 2003 sp1 & sp2 boxes

to get rid of it, try visiting windows update and setting it to 'ingnore' i wish there was a feature that you could disable all months of it from showing up, wastes bandwidth (albeit not much) and time
