If you have got the updates then its already installed & has already been run.
Or you mean you have available updates to install.
No harm in stalling as far as im aware.

In theory you should not need it, if you run uptodate antivirus/antipsyware software. But you never know. For free I would say run it (As do)

i got the same update this morning along with 2 other security updates but aafter downloading they wouldnt install for some reason.
but i do beleive it was installed on my pc a while back
