If someone has this can you check out something in Online Spotlight?

Go to Online Spotlight and choose Sportal.Com Channel.

Once it loads can you see Jack Black / Tenacious D Video near the bottom of the list?

1. Is there any kind of warning that the video contains strong language or scenes of a s e x ual nature?

2. Is there any warning at all on the sportal.com spotlight (not the sportal.com website).

I know there is a warning *after* you click the video but is a warning before?

----

My 8yo son likes Jack Black and the Tribute Song. He spotted that there was Jack Black / Tenacious D video clip and clicked it.....

For those who don't know it's the video Love or something and is like a B grade prOno cartoon with literal use of the **** word. Not something an 8yo should be watching.

There is a small box warning on the left whilst the video is playing but by then it's too late.

Totally out of order. There was no warning at all AFAIK.

Can someone confirm that this is the case?

I have Parental control setup in MC but that only covers DVD's.

I want to make an official complaint but need to be 100% that no warning is given before clicking this video.

You click the link then the next page has the warning and the vid. Since the vid takes a min to start you've got plenty of time to see the big letters.

It starts instant with me.

On the front page I see 'Tenacious D' and as I like them I click the icon. The video starts and only then is a warning displayed. And the warning is not at the start of the clip but to the side in a smaller window.

I do hope you are not trying to defend MS and / or Sportal as giving a warning after an icon is clicked and alongside whilst the video is in motion is unacceptable.

If I go to the cinema I can look at the billboards outside and see that A Film is rated 18. I choose not to take my kids to see it.

With Media Center it's like going to the cinema, getting some popcorn, taking your seats, watching the film start (including images of the devil bonking a scantily clad girl) and then seeing a warning (at the side of the main screen) that the film is not suitable.

It's too late by then as the damage has been done. My son is still asking me what 'Black said he wanted to do to the girl'.

I'm not try to defend them. However pretty sure they will just say that they are not responsible for external content. Plus there is a warning of sorts, granted you should probably have a prompt to confirm viewing the content.
