First annoyance: - Failed to retain star ratings and play count from my old WM10 library - seems as though it wanted to build the library from scratch.
I click 'Now Playing' and the 'Now Playing' list on the right does not automatically jump to the song I'm listening to - I have to click the 'next track' button and then 'last track' button, then it will show me the tune I'm listening to.
I cannot drag songs into albums like I could in MP10 - what's up with that? Now I have to manually rename the ID tag in order to make a song a part of an album or artist.
The currently playing track is highlighed in green text - difficult to see amoungst many other tracks. It should be highlighed better.
When I click 'album' on the lefthand tree - I then type 'pink' to search for pink floyd. This doesn't work - I have to click the main window on the right side first.
The search feature does not remember old searches.. eh??
There is nothing in WM11 that tells you ow many tracks you have in your library. In WM10, at the bottom, it would tell you how many tracks and how much playtime for whatever playlist you were in.
I still don't understand auto ratings - does WM make these up? Why are most of my albums rated 3 stars? Even fictional albums I've made myself.
Even though WM11 database is notacably faster that WM10, it still stalls when I try and scroll in all albums view - I have about 26 gigs of tracks.
There is also a bug with the main scroll bar - hard to reproduce, but I click on the scrollbar and it instead selects the track underneath the bar.
The tool to add timed lyrics to songs is very flakey, infact, it doesn't even work.
When I start renaming ablums using the online tag tool, sometimes it temporarily displays the wrong tracks in certain albums. A refresh solves the problem.
Overall, I much prefer WM11 - it's going in the right direction but there's still a lot missing.
