Illegal copy of windows? I'm not sure you can install it if so - although I could be wrong. If you have a legal version of windows then I would suggest contacting Microsoft to see why your CDKey is blacklisted.

They sais that another computer has already registered the cd key and that i have to send proof of purchase to them. Which i have not got as i brought pc of the net
Well if you bought XP with your machine, then that would make it an OEM version I think. As far as I know you can only install an OEM version of one PC and as you have changed the motherboard then you will need to obtain a new copy of Windows. But don't quote me on that.
