Windows Media Player

Hi,

Ive got a slight problem with my media player, it seems to be speeding up the songs. Ive tried the options and someother stuff to see if that works but it doesnt.

its on my office pc which they just updated to 2000 from 98se, and it used to work ok when i was running 98.

Any ideas?

Which version of WMP is it? 10 onwards (maybe earlier) have an option for speeding up and slowing down media playback, maybe you hit a keyboard short-cut by mistake?

I think it's in the Enhancements drop-down menu on WMP 10.

Can't open any of those at work, unfortunately, but looks like there's a couple there may help.
