Seems you can download this off quiet a few sites and other forums are talking about it.... is anyone using it here?

MS dont leak stuff like that - prob they put it out on purpous for testing reasons - if its a leak then they cant have ppl complaining about it lol

I got it, ended up removing it.
The library window annoyed me as you can see by this screeny with all its headers.

It can't handle scrolling through 70GB of music very well as it keeps pausing.

It sync'd with my ipod but then crashed and the layout reminds me of a foobar set up which looks pretty nice.

Wow, it can sync with iPods?? Or are you using some kind of plugin?

Don't think so. MS are scheduled to release a WMP 11 Public Preview on May 17th, so it's probably just a leak of that.

RTM is supposed to be June.

no plug ins.

It see's the ipod straight away and allows you to sync with it but everytime I do it brings my PC to a complete stand still.

Installed and testing now. Does "look" better, playing around with it. It appears in add/remove programmes as an update so uninstall shouldn't be a problem if needed.

So far so good. The only thing that seems broken is the online store access, and it's options drop down, can anybody else check this or come up with a solution, other than install Winamp etc
