ive just got a memory card and would like some games for my O2 XDA MINI S. any sites i can get some. or just recommend some games...

You can get things like Age of Empires for it? Depends what you like, theres a lot of card games and bits like that but there not my cup of tea.

AirIslands is weird as...I get bored after a while, seems kinda slow.

Just a point of time wastage for me.

I mainly watch shows when I am travelling, so if one ends, and I still have a way to go, I pop some balloons, cut out some wood, break some bricks, and try to fix my gravitator :)

Wish someone would do a proper port of Heroes of Might & Magic 2, turn based gaming lends itself well to this device

Links please. ive only found a few small puzzle type games. and Lara Croft tombraider. the old version. its a liltte hard to control but its a good game. ive just converted some movies to play on my phone and the quality is excellent!!!

There's a Nethack for Windows CE and a Mobile Quake port. They both worked well on my old E200 (although Quake took about 5' to load and it ran at 15FPS:p). I haven't tried them out on my new M5000 but I should imagine they'll work even better. What I'm REALLY itching to try though is the Smartphone port of SCUMMvm for all that retro-Lucasartsy goodness!:)

The astraware games are quite good fun. I've managed to get addicted to Solitaire again. It's like being back in school, using it to fill a bit of time. Stay clear of it!

why have i got this phone??? what is so good about the O2 XDA MINI S??? what can it do that other phones cant?

I love it for it's large screen, easy to use qwerty keyboard, and the fact I can watch shows and listen to mp3s on it.

Becomes an all in one unit, no need to carry like 3 different items.

you can do 3 of those 4 things on a normal phone... part from the qwert keyboard. i whish it was more of a phone and a little less of a pda.. e.g. when i get a txt the msg tone ring for the length of the tone. you cant stop it playing.

Then you should have gone for a smartphone, just by looking at the device you can see it is more pda than phone.

Why not just change the tone you use when you receive a txt?

Far easier to do, edit it in your sound editor of choice in windows, then copy to the root windows folder in your phone.

Simple as :)

i just got a bit p****d lastnight when i found out that 3 are doing 700 mins and (i cant remember how many txt's) for 22.50 a month for the first 6 month at 45 therafter on 18month... im payin 30 for 200mins and 500txt's 12 month. all that just to get this phone..

i must admit i do love the phone i watch lucky number slevin on it Yesterday and the screen size and quality is amazing. i was using the TCPMP to wach it.. :D its actually watchable as a move player...
