Windows Mobile on Virtual PC

Can anyone give me some steps to follow to get Windows Mobile running on a pc like in Virtual PC as I know it can be done but I had an error and uninstalled everything I had installed and can;t remember the error but if anyone can post some steps of what files I need and how to do it then it would be most appreciated.

So do you run the mobile 6.1 throguh Virtual PC 2007?

I have installed the Microsoft Device emulator and installed the Windows Mobile 6 Image MSI and they both installed successfully. I then went to run the "Cellular Emulator" and got the following message:

"There are not 7 pairs of XPVCOM"

Any ideas?
