windows mobile problem .. help please

hi

handset in question is a HTC touch pro.

strange problem but I can't open pictures i'm sent through bluetooth. I get the message "The file cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try resinstalling or restoring this file."

Could someone help please? (File in question is a jpg)

cheers for your reply spawn. I haven't been able to find out anything to help :/ haven't seen any solutions @ xda devs either ..

yeah it is a picture epyon .. i've tried opening pictures frmo 2 different makes of phone and the same result both times
