Windows Mobile Device Center

Earlier this evening I installed Vista ultimate x64 OEM. It seems that the windows mobility centre wasn't installed during the OS installation. I've been searching the net and it seems checking windows update with a mobile device should allow it to be downloaded it. I've tried this and had no luck.
Anyone know how I can get this installed?

It installed it for myself straight off the DVD. Does it pick up your computer as a portable PC?

opps, I actually meant Windows Mobile Device Center. Lack of coffee has switched my brain off! Edited the title to show this.
