I'm making a couter-strike clip and wanting to create a piece of slow motion footage. Can this be done in movie maker? Or is there a piece of freeware that I can use?
yerh it can but you need windows movie maker 2 .... (i think you need sp2) .. not too sure but when you do download it there is an option for slower speed and faster speed etc ... itsa on the windows website just have a look
