Hello,
I know this is a bit of a mixup of parts but nevertheless it should work.
For my 2nd build I have a 4460 i5 and a H97i+ mini motherboard with 2 RAM slots.
I have 3 different RAM sticks which are as follow:
-Corsair Vengeance 1333mhz 4GB
-Mushkin (red series?) 1333mhz 2GB
-Samsung 1333mhz 8GB
My problem is when I try to run have both Corsair and Samsung ram sticks in there seems to be a problem, my BIOS is reporting that there are 2 sticks inserted and tells me what they are however at the top of the screen it only says 4GB. Also once I load up windows 7 64bit it still shows only 4GB. However if I go into CPU-Z the SPD shows no Corsair stick and only the 8GB Smasung.
But in another instance if I try to put in the Corsair and Mushkin sticks the PC goes into reboot loop for some strange reason.
I have for now one HDD 500GB and a 560ti with CX430 PSU.
Anyone have any solutions?,
Thanks
