Windows not minimizing to taskbar..help.!

So I've just re-installed Windows after and SSD purchase and everything went fine apart from everytime I minimize a window it does the below pic and not to the taskbar.

Never come across this before and a search didn't seem to reap any results. Any way to fix this?

Fixed it for anyone interested.

I'd installed Panda Cloud AV to give it a try and after uninstalling that the problem went away.
