windows not responding?

I just restarted my pc my task bar dose not work i can open apps i can't open stat it is just going slower then death for any thing to load?
any suggestions? i have a 120 ssd os, 1tb games , 1tb random stuff

Restore to a previous restore point and see if that fixes it. Windows may have done a dodgy update.
