Do I need to buy windows 11 if I have a key from an old pc say windows 7 or 10?

Can I buy one windows 11 disc to install on multiple PC's if not what's the cheapest option and where?

Microsoft ends Windows 11 upgrade path

Until now, users could take advantage of an old offer to upgrade from Windows 7 or 8 to 10 or 11, but Microsoft has officially ended that method.

Windows 10 - 11 equals yes.

Windows 7 - 11 equals no.

In order to pass the health check Microsoft say that I need to enable secure boot???

I've gone to bios and boot/secure boot and I've got these options set as to the right:-
secure boot state - user
Platform key (pk) state - loaded

Os type - windows uefi mode or other os??

Key management (haven't a clue what this is)

Hope you understand my out lay as I can't post a pic
