Windows OEM

Hey if i buy windows 7 OEM, and completely change the components inside lets say mobo,cpu and graphics card could i reinstall the OS on the computer with those changes, As far as i was aware if you changed all the hardware then you couldnt reinstall windows again but someones telling me different so thought id clarify it here. ^^

Technically its locked to the original mobo.

MS have been known to bend the rules before if you phone em tho
