Windows on MBP

Just curious as to how many people run Windows 10 on a Macbook Pro and what the general opinion is?

I've thought about it because of the familiarity with the OS but at the same time, seems strange buying a Mac only to rip off their OS and put Windows on?

how do people get on with windows on a mbp?

One question why would you do this ? Assuming you mean run Windows 10 on it all the time and not just dual boot..

I use it through Parallels for some work stuff. Works absolutely fine, just like being on a Windows laptop.

Same here, I use the VM when I'm on client site.

The only thing you will notice is the battery life is very much reduced, I'll get a full working day out of it on battery running OSX but using Windows it'll be dead in a few hours.

I use windows on my Mac purely inside a VM for occasional VPN access at work, nothing else. It works fine.

No idea why you'd want Windows over OS X personally, you'll become familiar with the OS in no time.
