windows opening behind windows

Just started geting this problem where my new window that I want do use opens behind the rest.

Like when you open the control panel and click on add/remove programs that window should then open infront of the control panel window but for some reason mine has stopped doing that :confused:

Anyone got any ideas how to sort this?

Just did a reinstall as this was bugging me soooo much and....it still does it :mad: . How did this happen? Any ideas :confused:

It's really annoying ASE doesnt work properly now because of this.
 
Ok just noticed to day that my number lock was not on and that once I put it on then i get a constant 0 if I click on a character space like word or anything you can type in

Anyone heard of this before, do you think the problems are related?
 
I had this problem not long ago and posted about it on here. Tried a couple of things to no avail. In the end it just seemed to go away, after about 4/5 days. What I found was when I first started my computer it would work fine, even when all processes and startup applications had loaded. Everytime I started an application I would check to see if the problem occured. The problem only seemed to occur once I had opened Opera so I used IE for a few days and after that it seemed to have gone. Do you find that you can browse folders far quicker and if using single click it highlights icons instantly? That was one advantage I got from it.

Sorry I can't really give you a solution as mine just seemed to clear up.
