Windows PE 2.0 Boot Disk?

yeah i'm just looking for a windows PE 2.0 boot disk that can do a little more than what the vista boot disk can, like explore files, run a few backup programs like ghost etc. the one i've mentioned is alright but just wanted to know if anyone knows any better ones.

yeah i've used bartpe for over 2 years now but its only designed for windows xp so will not format vista partitions.
downloading windows pe from msft and compiling my own pe is just a pain in the backside, and i was just wondering if anyone uses a precompiled one for windows 2008/windows vista repairs, or uses anything else.
