Can you emit a wifi hotspot with a windows phone ?

I know you can with an android

I use it whenever my broadband dies, also with the Amber update comes with the awesome Nokia Data Sense.

Data Sense is a Microsoft/Windows Phone thing not a Nokia thing (just in case the OP is thinking of a different manufacturer).

Just wish there was an WinPhone equivalent to the entitlement_check flag on Android for free Wifi hotspotting, enjoying the unlimited data far too much to change right now, to add tethering would be $30 a month extra - how about nope!
