Windows popup/spyware error

Hi,

I just finished a fresh install and keep getting these kinda of errors :

I have run ad ware it deleted it at first now it doesnt pick them up, I have run norton and that dont pick it up either...

How can I get rid of this, please help

I am running win xp sp1 home...

I have disabled it in services.msc, installed sygate firewall, and its still coming thru...

pls help
