Windows Processes – Need some very important help.

Hi there I disabled a load of windows processes because I thought they where not used by myself.. All was going fine but the problem is I cant get my network copy of sage to work (the other computers cant connect to my pc which is the server).

Can anybody tell where I can fine out what processes run on windows by default ?

I am running windows xp pro.
