Windows rotated by 90 degrees?

I don't know if this is the right place to post, but my brothers windows keeps on rotating by 90 degrees, so that the taskbar moves round the screen.

Is this some type of virus or what??

Possibly a virus, or it could be a problem with the graphics driver.

there is a shortcut you can press, its like windows and print screen or something.

somebody will come along and tell you shortly!

edit:

Right click on the destop/Propeties/advanced/rotation this is on ATI video card - if its an Nvidia it would be similar

Yep, press control (ctrl) + Alt then press an arrow key to change screen rotation quickly
