Hi, I recently had a warning from avast about a virus operating out of my "ComObjects" folder.

I stupidly and accidently deleted my script file (data.js) and now every time I start up I get the following Windows script host error :

Can not find script file "C:\Program File (x86)\Common Files\ComObjects\data.js"

Does anyone have a fix for this ?

Thanks in advance

About the virus could be a false positive give Anti-malwarebytes a go.

script has been deleted by your self. windows is still looking for it at start up so u can go into msconfig. start up tab untick what u no longer need apply and ok.

or http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902 Autoruns for Windows This utility, which has the most comprehensive knowledge of auto-starting locations of any startup monitor, shows you what programs are configured to run during system bootup
