hi i got a warning tonight saying it is disabled now ive done everything to get it working again but even if i go into services and start it up again it will disable itself,i get no error codes nothing,ive done a spyware scan virus scan and nothing,anyone got any advice,p.s running windows 7

Reboot your pc, go into services and find out if 'Remote Procedure Call (RPC' and 'Windows Management Instrumentation' have started.

thanks for the advice done that and yes they have started but still the same

Work through that and see if any of the services security service is dependant on are failing to start

Try this:

1- Log on to your Windows system. Just ignore the error message for the time being.

2- Go to Windows Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories

3- Right click on Windows Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator. Wait for the Command Prompt to launch.

4- Using the command prompt, navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\ folder.

5- Type “netsh” and press Enter. The prompt will change to netsh>

6- Type “Winsock reset“. Press Enter once more.

7- Reboot your computer.
