windows security question

I don't use Norton as I use McAfee.
I have disabled the Windows Security Center and use the McAfee Security Center instead.
I'm not sure about any conflicts but I shouldn't think there would be any just annoying pop-ups saying things like "Your firewall has been disabled" etc.
