Windows Security - Search ACLs for a username

Just had a thought and wondered if it is possible...

On a stand-alone Windows 2003 Server (by stand-alone I mean it is not a member of a domain) is there a way to search where a user has been granted permissions throughout the system?

The reason I ask is because I need to delete a number of local user accounts but they have been granted permissions throughout the system and data partitions and I want clean this up before I remove them.

dsquery opps thought it was part of a domain, but it is possible i had the script some where you could put the persons name and it would search for the folders that could open or view.

you could just disable the accounts, then when some1 new enters that department just edit the disabled accounts.
