Asking on behalf of someone else,

Can windows Server 2003 enterprise version be used to serve webpages with webpage managment like the web server version can ? As in does it have all the features ?

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/windowsserver/evaluate/features/compare.mspx

I gave that a brief look, and it seems like the enterprise version has just as many website features as the web server edition, just wondered thought I would ask though :)

Not sure what you mean by "webpage managment" but generally enterprise can do everything Standard & Web edition can do, it just costs a lot more :P (but the extras can be worth it)

Yes Enterprise Edition includes Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) which will do what you need :)

(it also includes much, much more than that, including IIRC a licence for it to be installed once on a physical server and up to 4 times on virtual (VMWare etc) servers.)

And if you wish, you can downgrade an instance of Enterprise with Standard :)
