Hi all getting trouble with our server at work, keep getting the error message below which is causing our backup tape to not mount.

Quota limit is approaching for DOMAIN\Administrator on C:\, Current Used 5,450MB. Please perform house cleaning on your files. Failure to do so may restrict future access to SERVER

Where do I need to perform house cleaning to lower my quota limit. My quota status when I right click on the c: and click properties is:

Disk quotas are disabled and Enable quota management is not enabled.
(Both in Quota tab of properties).

Had a look all over the net for the error message I am getting but best I can find is a chinese site but cant read the solution as its in mandarin text.

It's Japanese (at least the one i found)

Are you using an "IStorage" Device on the server?

It seems to be an error corresponding to the configuration of that device, and not a Windows error, ie you can configure quotas on that device.

EDIT: Seems to be some sort of NAS device by NEC
