Windows server form mail

Hi there,

I've got to set up a web page form on a website hosted on a windows server that e-mails the form response to the site admin. COuld anyone point me in the direction of a howto that will give me an idea of how to go about this.

what language are you writing the website in??

HTML but asp could be used for this if required. I've just found out that aspmail is available on the server but am not familiar with this. Only really done this sort of thing on 'nix' based servers and I usually just try and find an example and hack to my needs.
