Windows showing things green

my desktop, icons, some websites and the main top bars have started to show with a green tinge, does anyone know what could cause this or how to fix it?

More than likely your monitor mate,

Are you using a crt or a lcd?

Could be the lead from your graphics card to the monitor also. wiggle it around a bit.

if its a CRT monitor, look on the on screen buttons for a deguass button

check cables

sounds to me like the monitor cable
